We won't share your personal information with anyone. In fact, we won't even ask for your name. We do, however, request an e-mail address (which helps reduce the chance that someone who is feeling mischevious will try to skew results by taking the assessment multiple times), and require information about your profession and a few other items of information like age, sex, and ethnicity that will help us understand the survey results.
